Court and Court offices will be closed on Wednesday 12/24/25, Thursday 12/25/25, and Thursday 01/01/26.

Court Clerk’s Office Hours

Effective July 15, 2024, the Milan Town Court will have new office hours. The court offices will now be open Monday through Friday 9:00am-1:00pm. (Except holidays or such other days as may be designated by the Justices.)
