Due to the impending weather, the court session for Tuesday, January 27 at 9am is cancelled. Those scheduled for January 27 can appear on Thursday, January 29 at 9am, or Thursday February 12 at 9am.

If neither date works, email the court at milantowncourt@nycourts.gov for a new date.

Court Clerk’s Office Hours

Effective July 15, 2024, the Milan Town Court will have new office hours. The court offices will now be open Monday through Friday 9:00am-1:00pm. (Except holidays or such other days as may be designated by the Justices.)
